Project Description:

The project relates to the development of an integrated project under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) on 34 A 30p of freehold land under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) at La Mivoie, Riviere Noire. The main components of the project are as follows:

·      development of 17 villas,

·      development of a hotel, boat houses and welcome centre

Expected Results:

Development of hotel heart, a shopping complex and a marina along with 80 units forming part of an RES project.
